Investment Analyst Program (IAP)
Our Investment Analyst Program (IAP) is a semester long program (~4 months). Investment Analysts are placed into teams with Team Leaders and a Investment Director, and given 11 weeks to pitch a stock based on an allocated sector. They will also have the opportunity to be mentored by one of our industry professional partners.
Teams are expected to produce a Equity Report and Valuation Model (3 Statement Model and DCF) based on their selected stock.
Teams will pitch their selected stock at our Pitch Night Event (Week 11) in front of an industry panel and portfolio directors.
Intake Opening Dates (2025):
Semester 1 2025: December 2024 (CLOSED)
Semester 2 2025: June 2025

Each semester, four investment teams research and pitch a stock from their chosen industry sector. This is culminated in a Pitch Night where the investment teams present their proposals to the Executive team, Investment team, and industry professionals. After the voting process to determine which stocks to ‘buy’, the stock orders are placed in a paper trading portfolio managed by the Chief. Investment Officer.
